Raven Patisseries supply many of the finest tea rooms and restaurants in East Anglia and have been busy developing business in other areas too. As well as the traditional 8” and 10” hand made-round cakes and a full range of pastries and other specialities, there’s now a range of individual portion cakes – “grab and go bars” - and some really superb tray bakes.

An increasing number of restaurants, tea rooms, cafes and “food on the move” outlets are entrusting their patisserie requirements to Raven.

At Raven Patisserie we’re working to appoint a network of regional distributors across the country. We’re willing to make a major commitment to any distributor who can handle a premium range, either for frozen distribution or for the superb range of ambient single serving products, best suited to tea-room and fine food retail.
